Northbridge International School Cambodia is committed to employing and retaining the best professional administrators and teachers available. NISC strives to only hire faculty members who are degreed, certified and experienced in their fields, as well as those who come with excellent recommendations. In addition, the school seeks, where possible, to hire teachers with advanced degrees in their areas of expertise and successful teaching experiences both in their home countries and abroad.
