Diane Eaton

It is with great sorrow that we sadly announce the passing of one of our dear friends. Mrs. Diane Eaton, left us on Thursday, April 30, 2009, after a long battle with cancer. Mrs. Eaton, wife of our current School Head, David Eaton, was a dedicated teacher, mentor and friend to so many of us at NISC.Along with her husband, she helped to create NISC and turn it into a wonderful school. Along the way she was responsible for positively affecting so many young lives.

Diane Eaton taught at NISC for nine years. She will be remembered as much more than a teacher; she was a caring and affectionate person that gave so much of herself in support of NISC and her students. She will truly be missed.

A Memorial Service in tribute to Mrs. Diane Eaton will be held Sunday, May 24, 2009 in the Northbridge cafeteria. The condolence book will be available for signing from 1:30-2:00 p.m. and the service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Anyone wishing to speak or participate at the service may contact Mrs. Linda Ung at lung106@yahoo.com.

Anyone wishing to send flowers may do so on Sunday morning or bring them along to the service. Anyone wishing to make donations may do so at the service. Donations in Diane's name will be made to 3 Day, an organization that focuses on research and action to end breast cancer. If you have further questions, please call the NISC office.
