Physics Class Takes to the Skies

Helicopters  Helicopters

In a joint effort between Mr. Broecker's high school physics class and Miss Debbie's ESL bridge students, NISC students were treated to a lesson in the joys of aviation. As senior students piloted remote control helicopters around a series of obstacles on the NISC sports grounds, their younger peers recorded speed and time data to be used in the physics component on speed and velocity.
