NISC's After School Activities
Program is a great way for students to experience an extensive variety
of new activities that challenge each child and broaden their
interests and skills in areas that compliment the regular school
program.
The ASA Program provides a wide range of activities promoting a
child's skill development and their social and personal growth.
It is organized into four (4) sessions of approximately seven weeks each.
Session 2 for the 2009-10 school year starts on October 26, 2009. Click here to see a full schedule of what's on offer. Students have the opportunity to be actively involved in a range of
activities throughout the year. Note: While most are only 1 session
long, some activities run for more sessions.
The ASA program is in addition to NISC's
curricular offerings. As a result, fees are charged for participation.
The registration fees go to cover the costs involved in hiring
specialist instructors, the resource materials and other associated
costs. Students register at the beginning of each quarter. You can
find a registration form and a list of the current offerings in the NISC main office at the beginning of every
session.
Most After School Activities offerings are geared toward elementary
school aged children, although there are some activities which are
available for upper school students. The classes are held on the NISC campus and generally run between 3:00
pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email the ASA
Coordinator at austin@niscambodia.com
or contact by phone through the main school office.
